We are based in the beautiful Brecon Beacons and operate throughout England and Wales
Insight Town Planning Ltd was founded in 2009 by Mark Flood, to help anyone trying to navigate the complex planning system. Now in its 15th year, the Practice continues to provide support for a range of clients, including developers, major landowners, private individuals and Councils. Clients include Burghley House Preservation Trust, South Oxfordshire District Council, Wiltshire Council, Langton Homes, Alan Brown Development Services among many.
The Practice strives to give clear, concise and straightforward advice and to do so for fixed fees wherever possible.
The Practice has developed strong working links with other professionals, including lawyers, architects, engineers, enabling it to build experienced teams to maximise the chances of success.
Mark Flood has been a Member of the Royal Town Planning Institute since 1994, and has an Honours Degree and Diploma in Town Planning.
